Any refund from virtualousPRO will be governed by the refund policy stated below:

Refund of the full amount paid will be done only if the services paid for don’t start within 2 working days.

Partial refunds will be applicable when you’re unhappy with the work done (deficiency of service) All unused hours for that project will be refunded within 2 working days.

You may be subject to credit card transaction charges and fluctuations in the exchange rate on such refunds, due to the payment gateway and the intermediary banks involved or responsible for the transaction. We cannot predict what the charges could be, as we have no control over it.
